The event was organized within the scope of the project ” Tracking Inequalities for Improved Gender Equality Policies” implemented by the Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation (TESEV) with the support of the Consulate General of Sweden in İstanbul. Following the introduction of How to Strengthen Gender Equality Policies? A Review of Data, Policies and Processes report, panelists Arzu Çerkezoğlu, Nilden Bayazıt and Bager Akbay, moderated by Itır Akdoğan, discussed about general benefits of gender equality to society from various perspectives and possible solutions to gender inequalities.
