Building Bridges for a Green Future – a Collaboration between Sultanbeyli and Fundão

Building Green Bridges Between Sultanbeyli and Fundão project is implemented by Sultanbeyli Municipality in cooperation with Fundão Municipality and Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation with the support of EU. The main objective of the project is to support two local governments to develop participatory and data-driven local strategies on climate change. Towards this direction, increasing the dialogue of local governments and civil society in and between two countries on climate change and sustainable development, supporting capacity development, and to include children and youth in the decision-making process while preparing local strategies on climate change. Within the scope of the project, TESEV will work on data to be collected to measure the current resilience capacity of cities, policies to be developed based on the data, and increasing participation of youth.
