Consultation Meeting: Closing the Gender Gaps in Labour Markets and Skills of the Future

The opening and consultation meeting of The Closing the Gender Gaps in Labour Markets and Skills of the Future Project, supported by the Swedish Consulate General in İstanbul, brought together the experts from different fields such as labor economics, entrepreneurship, women’s labor and employment, gender equality, technology and future, artificial intelligence literacy. In the meeting, the prospects of the future work life for women in terms of employment opportunities and professions and the areas where policies can be developed to ensure gender equality in different terms of this process were discussed. Also, ideas and suggestions on the focus areas for the project and its policy briefs were received.
The project will continue with policy briefs and advocacy activities.
