The Closing the Gender Gaps in Labour Markets and Skills of the Future Project aims at helping close the gender gap in labour markets and skills of future by advocating to concentrate and merge efforts, strategies and investments of the public sector, the private sector, and their partnerships with the IGO’s. On gender gaps in labour markets and skills of the future in Turkey, the Project expects a) Increased access to information on challenges and opportunities, b) Increased public awareness on challenges and opportunities, c) Increased interaction among high level decision makers and related agenda/trend setters. For these purposes, the project will produce policy briefs and recommendations to be written by the experts in the field and will organize a high-level advocacy meeting that will gather high level representatives from private and public sectors as well as international organizations investing in gender equality in Turkey.
