Workshop on Selected Neighborhoods

Four neighborhoods in Istanbul were selected with the help of the base maps prepared within the scope of Supporting Local Governments and Women’s NGOs: Examining Gender Inequalities at Urban Scale and the ideas that emerged in the Feedback Meeting. The event was organized to discuss the gender equality profile of selected neighborhoods. In the workshop, current situation in these neighborhoods was discussed and the participants worked on policy proposals. Our report on the current situation of the selected neighborhoods and the recommendations discussed at the workshop will be published on the TESEV website soon.
