In this research area TESEV analyses institutions, processes, and mechanisms as well as the change in values and minds. TESEV develops evidence based policy recommendations and solutions for a transparent, accountable and participatory democracy.

Enhancing and improving the services of mediation in women’s access to justice project specifically addresses mediation as an alternative dispute mechanism from the viewpoint of women who are among the most disadvantaged groups in Turkey.

Previously,  in this area, we worked on  “Local recommendations for access to justice in Turkey”. This project was supported by the European Union, Republic of Turkey Ministry of European Union Affairs, and Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice.
