In this research area TESEV analyses institutions, processes and mechanisms as well as change in values and minds. TESEV develops evidence based policy recommendations and solutions for a transparent, accountable and participatory democracy.
Currently, we are working on “Enhancing and improving the services of mediation in women’s access to justice“. This project is funded by the MATRA Programme.
Previously, in this area, we worked on “Local recommendations for access to justice in Turkey”. This project was supported by the European Union, Republic of Turkey Ministry of European Union Affairs, and Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice.
